TEMPORARY COMMITTEE
POLICY
At the request of the Committee,
the Chair shall appoint temporary committees comprised of a quorum of the full
membership for special purposes. Temporary committees or individuals may be
appointed for specific and emergency purposes. These temporary committees shall
be discharged on the completion of their assignment. The Chair of the Committee
shall be ex-officio member of any such committee if he/she deems it to be in
the best interest of the school. Notice of any meeting of a temporary committee
shall comply with Open Meeting Laws.
